Are you passionate about tech industry and ready to shape the future of the company with a growing team?You as a Finance Manager in our global team oversees the financial forecast planning processes across the company income statement. This role is an individual contributor and reports to the Sr. Director of FP&A based in Amsterdam.Your responsibilities

• Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial review deliverables; in addition to be experienced creating write-ups and presentations to C-level executives.
• Partner with Finance leadership team in the preparation of board materials, monthly reporting for our management team, and other ad hoc presentations
• Ownership of the forecast calendar, which is used to communicate key dates around forecast planning cycle
• Lead in the creation and maintenance of detailed financial models to support HERE financial forecast; An ideal candidate will have experience in optimizing finance processes for speed, agility, and insight.
• Support the Corporate Finance team in its efforts to continuously improve the financial planning processes across the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow. Model, analyze and forecast metrics that drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting excellence.
• Develop a robust understanding of HERE, its products, its markets, and its internal organization to facilitate detection of issues and communicate them effectively to senior management.
• Perform ad hoc global financial analysis to support key business decisions
• Communicate extensively with key personnel and build relationships not only within the Finance function but across HERE.

Who are you?

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and story telling
• Initiate, own and manage financial models that are used to set and measure key performance indicators
• Experience with monthly and quarterly corporate forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Experience automating models and financial system adept
• Experience with Hyperion Planning and Essbase tools preferred (Hyperion Planning, Workspace, Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, MS Excel)
• Detail-focused, highly analytical orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.
• BA/BS/BBA degree required; Finance majors preferred (but will consider other quantitative/analytical academic backgrounds).
• Agility/flexibility regarding multiple on-going deliverables and ability to self-prioritize when required.
• 5+ years of relevant Finance experience.
