Reporting to the Director of Strategic Finance, this is a great opportunity to become a part of a dynamic Strategic Finance team of 7 colleagues and being part of Arla’s wider Performance Management organization. You will be based in Viby, Denmark.How you will make an impactAs Finance Manager, you will operate across levels of our global organization as analyst and sparring partner for Arla’s finance community and the business on a variety of finance- and strategic related topics. In this role, where you influence decision making processes to help Arla improve our strategic direction and business performance.More specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Co-driving reporting material and insight analyses for presentation in our Executive Management Team and Board of Directors. This means transforming complex data and facts into clear messages to support the ongoing performance dialogue
• Further moving performance management in Arla towards an integrated performance management model including both traditional financial KPIs and more externally and strategically focused KPIs
• Participate actively in financial processes like Business Planning and financial strategy follow-up with both individual responsibilities and supporting roles
• A variety of ad hoc task assignments potentially spanning from short-term forecast and business impact analysis to larger project assignments within strategy and finance

In this role, you will be offered great exposure to top management both centrally and across the Arla business.What will make you successfulTo succeed in this role, we imagine that:

• You have a relevant master’s degree and have around five years of experience in a finance business partner or manager role or currently working with consulting or business development
• You possess solid financial and business analytical skills in combination with an understanding of firm’s overall performance, value drivers and KPIs. Experience in using advanced analytics tools, spreadsheet modelling and systems is a clear advantage
• You have strong capabilities in Excel, PowerPoint and SAP BW, and master English fluently both in writing and orally
• You have a strong business mindset and the ability to link financial analysis with commercial, operational and strategic data to create sound insights
