1550963Academic Appointments are working with a Leeds secondary school who are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant.This is a temporary role that has potential to become permanent.Responsibilities include:

• Provide financial and administrative support to the school under direction and guidance of the Business Manager.
• Ensure purchase order requisitioning and staff expenses claims forms are completed accurately.
• Maintaining the stocks and supplied of curriculum/general office equipment as required by the school.
• To undertake financial administration and reconciliation of catering, educational visits, transport, lettings and any other income streams received into the school.

Requirements:

• Experience in a related Finance/Administration role.
• Strong IT Skills.
• Familiar with accounting software and ICT packages.
• Experience working in a busy office environment.
• Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one.
