At Siemens Gamesa, we are constantly seeking talented individuals to join our team and support our focus on energy transformation.Find out how you can make a difference at Siemens Gamesa: .We are seeking a dynamic Finance Project Manager for the Northern Europe & Middle East (NE&ME) region, reporting directly to the Head of Finance Onshore North Europe & Middle East Execution Performance. The Execution Performance team oversees driving strategic planning activities for the Onshore Wind Power business, leading the regional Masterplan program in finance and commercial topics, and spearheading key cross-functional Continuous Improvement initiatives such as Sales forecasting, Working Capital management, Finance digitalization, and process improvements. Additionally, the team acts as Commercial Partners to regional functions including Execution Performance, EQS, Procurement, and Engineering.How to contribute to our visionAs Finance Project Manager you will support with achieving and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care. Your responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Operate as a Finance Project Manager, connecting the dots between financial processes and technical experts.
• Drive various regional finance project tasks, involving finance-related matters, cross-functional work, or acting as a Business Partner.
• Actively drive Execution Performance Finance by performing ad hoc analysis, reporting, and special projects as required.
• Manage troubleshooting of financial topics, prepare customized reports, and respond to urgent business needs.
• Contribute to special cross-departmental and Finance transformation projects and special tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely financial insights, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

What you need to make a differenceYou are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills that knows when to act. In addition, we are looking for:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting positions. Experience with complex processes involving various stakeholders, showing an elevated level of ownership.
• Ability to drive digitalization and implement new tools, standards, and processes.
• Strong English skills both orally and in writing.
• Background in Business Administration, Finance, or comparable education with professional experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented with a global mindset.
• Collaborative cross-functional skillset needed.
