We’re looking for an experienced Finance Systems Business Analyst to join a global organisation’s transformation team, supporting the delivery of finance systems and process change projects.In this role, you will:

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders.
Map and improve finance processes, ensuring data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Facilitate workshops, support project planning, and contribute to business case development.
Assist with system and process testing, change management, and stakeholder communications.
Partner with teams across finance, technology, and shared services to deliver impactful change.

What we’re looking for:

Strong experience in finance process mapping, requirements gathering, and business analysis.
Understanding of finance systems/ERP and related data flows.
Experience working on change or transformation projects, ideally in a global environment.
Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.
