Role Responsibilities:

* Drive transformation at a crucial growth stage, contributing to sustainable talent management solutions.
* Implement cutting-edge IT tools and processes to optimize workflow and efficiency while managing a dedicated team.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
* Multiple years of experience in operational and/or financial management roles, driving transformation while maintaining operational excellence.
* You have thorough knowledge of invoicing, payment, and financial compliance processes and are familiar with the operation of MSP/VMS environments, accounting packages, and tools such as DocuSign and workflow platforms.
* Fluent level of Dutch and English and conversational French.
