Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and implementation of Finance Target Operating Models, finance processes, and controls.
• Overseeing Finance IT architecture design, functional support, and vendor management.
• Developing innovative, data-driven solutions to meet evolving business and regulatory needs.
• Cultivating strong client relationships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.

About You:
To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

• Extensive experience in the Banking and Insurance sectors, with a deep understanding of their regulatory environments.
• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and a strong academic record.
• Proven expertise in finance processes, controls, and technical reporting, including IFRS and Prudential/Statistical Reporting.
• Strong proficiency in IT systems and platforms relevant to financial services, with the ability to work closely with technical teams.
• A track record of leading large-scale transformation projects, delivering results on time and within budget.
• Prior consulting experience or hands-on involvement in finance transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
