• Manage account receivables including allocation of payments and reminder process
• Analyse customer’s payment performance, creditworthiness and calculate credit limits
• Administer creditors, accounts payables and related payments
• Book bank statements
• Prepare reports for European Management and parent company in Japan
• Collaborate closely with other departments like Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain Management
• Act as backup for other Financial Accountants in case of absence
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the scope of job

Required Knowledge/Experience

• MBO (niveau 4) / HBO degree in Finance
• Profound accounting knowledge and knowledge about the respective laws and accounting standards
• Profound knowledge of accounting and reporting systems
• Good English and local language skills in speaking and writing
• Good skills in standard software (MS Office), especially in Excel
• Good communication skills
