This role works within Group, focused on the provision of high-quality financial analysis and information to support Group level decision making, providing a consolidated overview of financial matters and projects. The role is unique in that you will be both internal and customer facing with regular customer interaction, requiring the development of strong relationships with both internal and with customer partners.
You will go beyond just ‘producing the numbers’ and will be able to articulate and present the key messages from the data to senior stakeholders. You will contribute through developing a deep understanding of the business it’s products, and the customer’s priorities and challenges.There is an opportunity to inspire change and challenge processes particularly in digitising and modernising finance processes and reporting tools.We are interested in speaking with those that meet the following criteria:

• Qualified (ACA/ACMA/ACCA)
• Previous experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role where you have had exposure to large data sets.
• Must have advanced Excel skills and ideally experience of automating Data Visualisation / Reporting tools.
• Good communication skills and the ability to form good working relationships are essential to work effectively across multi-functional teams and with our customers.
• Ability to interpret and understand financial information, and to pull out and communicate the ‘key messages’ in a concise way to more senior stakeholders.
• Commercially aware and able to interpret contracts for financial analysis.
• Ability to challenge current process and drive continuous improvement in financial process and technologies.
