We at Leggett & Platt Automotive are looking for a Financial Analyst – FP&A to join our rapidly growing Automotive Team in Tarján-Tornyópuszta, Hungary. We are a multi-billion-dollar globally diversified company that designs and manufactures various engineered components and products. Our growing automotive business unit, which exceeds one billion dollars in sales, is comprised of four main product segments with operations on three continents. Our customers include OEM and Tier 1 automotive companies.,

• Present relevant data & summaries to functional areas throughout the organization to help explain results, changes, and impacts on potential scenarios.
• Complete analysis of current data and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Support both local branch and global FP&A with ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Support local plants in cost save initiatives. Drive cost reduction and profit enhancement via analysis and related recommendations for the business.
• Ensure that data provided by other groups is validated and vetted prior to inclusion in planning.

• College or University degree in Business / Finance / Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience within a manufacturing environment or relevant
• (automotive preferred)
• Ability to work on global teams, proficient verbal and written communication
• Solid understanding of costing methodologies
• Extensive experience with budgeting/forecasting processes
• Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in ERP systems, familiarity with Microsoft D365 preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail and process
• English knowledge, German is a plus
