Work Flexibility: HybridAs Financial Analyst GSA (Asset Finance) , you will be the primary contact for Flex Financial equipment finance programs, supporting the Regional Finance Manager for the GSA region (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria).What you will do:

You will be the primary support to the Regional Finance Manager in GSA
You will support sales team through trainings and ad-hoc inquiries about financing
You will collaborate with Divisional Management, Stryker Flex legal counsel, Business Services, Sales Reps, End User Customers to ensure superior financing experiences for Stryker customers.
You will price creative finance proposals, restructure existing financing contracts, respond to numerous inquiries, and facilitate transactions at the origination stage.
You will work on credit-checks with our partner banks, building cases and deal summaries for complex requests.
You will multi-task and problem solve while effectively balancing the needs of our customers to deliver accurate, concise contracts for signing.
You will support the sales team through trainings and ad-hoc inquiries about financing.
You will complete equipment finance documentation for Stryker Flex Financial customers in the Healthcare Industry.

What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
Fluent German & English
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Significant attention to detail
High team and service orientation
Knowledge of legal terms for lease and financing type structures
Strong customer service, training, problem-solving, and communication skills
