For our Client, a global company operating in the automotive manufacturing sector, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst. This position plays a key role in preparing financial analyses, management reporting, and supporting forecasting and budgeting processes. It’s a great opportunity to join a dynamic environment and work closely with both local and international teams.Responsibilities:

• prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports (internal and external),
• support budgeting and forecasting processes,
• develop KPI-based cost accounting, including calculation and updates of machine and labor rates,
• perform product cost controlling, including stock valuation and cost factor updates for manufactured goods,
• collaborate with other departments on continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
• at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or controlling, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry,
• proficiency in English at C1 level,
• familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes,
• experience working with ERP systems – SAP preferred.

The offer:

• remote working model at the beginning, after couple of months hybrid,
• availability to work approximately 50% of the time during U.S. business hours (3:00 PM-11:00 PM CET),
