Job description
- Preparation of financial plans for the assigned area (including both the strategic plan – 5-year horizon – and the annual plan) and active participation in the forecasting process
- Budget and forecast execution control, including monthly performance and variance analysis
- Preparation of current reports on company KPIs and ad hoc analyses (in coordination with the group and local business unit representatives)
- Financial support for projects run by interdisciplinary teams, particularly in capital investment return modeling (ROI), cost-saving initiatives, and working capital optimization
- Cooperation in the development and optimization of reporting tools and processes – development and maintenance of controlling tools
- Participation in the month-end closing process in terms of calculations, accrual postings, and performance reporting
- Collaboration with operational departments responsible for specific cost centers
- Ongoing control of various types of transactions in the given area and presentation of recommendations for improvements and enhancement of the company’s internal controls
- Ensuring compliance with group financial procedures (implementation of RTX – SOX internal control system), local regulations, generally accepted accounting standards, and legal requirements
International well-recognized manufacturing companyFluent English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling, including at least 3 years in production controlling
- University degree in a relevant field (finance, economics, accounting, audit)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Power Query, and PowerPoint – mandatory requirement
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (FICO, MM) – strong command of SAP is a significant advantage
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Highly developed analytical skills, proactive attitude, independence, and a positive mindset
- Excellent work organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of accounting principles (collaboration with the accounting department, working with accounting data)
