NR REF.: 1193888We are seeking a Financial Controller who will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Monitor and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial policies.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Support process improvements and implementation of financial controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is a plus.
