Our Client, A pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join their team. This role will report to the head of finance while also providing leadership and guidance to 3 staff members.
Salary : 70-80k
Hybrid roleThe role will involve:

• Manage cash flow and produce forecasts and related analysis.
• Lead and develop a small, high-performing finance team.
• Track and report on key financial KPIs, including sales and profitability.
• Oversee payroll, VAT, employee benefits, and other compliance requirements.
• Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.
• Contribute to the preparation of budgets, updates, and rolling forecasts including P&L and cash flow.
• Deliver ad hoc financial reporting for the Group Finance team.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
• Manage inventory, costing, and stock data to support accurate reporting and informed decisions.
• Prepare year-end accounts and coordinate external audits.
• Work cross-functionally with departments like sales and purchasing to enhance financial clarity.
• Ensure financial data accuracy and consistency within SAP Business One.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification with post-qualification experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience using financial systems, preferably SAP Business One.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Track record of meeting tight deadlines and maintaining accuracy under pressure.
• Advanced Excel skills and solid financial modelling experience.
