I’m working with a leading lifestyle hotel in Amsterdam Oost , known for its creative design and high-volume operation. They’re looking for a Financial Controller to take full ownership of the finance function on-site, working closely with the GM and group finance. This is a key role for someone hands-on, analytical, and confident managing end-to-end hotel finance.

Your Experience:

Must-Haves:

* Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Accountant in hospitality
* Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written)
* Able to handle CIT returns, city tax, statements, cash flow, and reporting
* Comfortable working solo and owning the full finance function
* Confident building budgets, forecasts, and working with auditors
* Based in or willing to commute to Amsterdam Oost 5 day’s per week.

Nice-to-Haves:

* Experience working with PE-backed or international brands
* Comfortable liaising with group finance and adapting to fast-paced change
