For our location in Paris we are searching for a Financial Controller Apprentice (m/f/d) for two years.

What you can look forward to as Financial Controller Apprentice (m/f/d):

• Assist in Month End closing: Work closely with accounting team for invoices/recharges; Reconciliation of accounts, booking accruals, reporting; Explanation of variances of Actual versus forecast
• Assist in Monthly Forecast: Accrual preparation in liaison with Engineering spending approved, Sales Forecast in liaison with Sales team, Prepare the reporting template, Explain the variations versus previous Forecast
• Assist in Budget: Plan the costs according to Engineering spending and group allocations, Preparation of Budget templates and input to Financial System, Reconciling date between Engineering and Finance systems
• Non-labor template preparation and reconciling Financial Data with engineering system Preps
• Accounts receivable weekly report
• Fixed asset and Depreciation analysis
• Be a back-up of Financial Controller during absence or holiday

Your profile as Financial Controller Apprentice (m/f/d):

• 3rd or 4th year of University or Business school specializing in Finance
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Fluent English Skills
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, Vlook up), knowledge of Macro is a plus
• At ease with new IT systems, knowledge of SAP is a plus
