I’m searching for a Financial Controller to manage the full finance function for a hospitality opening in Rome. The role involves both strategic oversight and operational control, supporting the property through its launch and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
* Track financial performance and implement cost control strategies
* Ensure compliance with Italian financial laws and internal policies
* Handle payroll processes and manage relationships with external consultants
* Build and lead a small finance team on-site
* Partner with the General Manager on financial planning and business analysis

What I’m Looking For:

* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance, ideally within hospitality or a comparable sector
* Full fluency in Italian and English
* In-depth knowledge of Italian financial regulations
* Strong leadership and analytical skills
* Must be eligible to work in Italy
