Job description
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for manufacturing units and monitor their alignment with business objectives
- Analyze variances from budget and forecast with Finance Business Partners and Plant Operations, identifying key drivers
- Develop financial models and business cases to support investment decisions and scenario planning
- Support standard cost calculations and conduct product cost analyses to identify optimization opportunities
- Perform contribution margin analysis to drive plant productivity and operational efficiency
- Create reports and presentations on plant performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives
- Monitor cost trends, perform cost/profit center controlling, and assist budget owners in financial oversight
- Participate in month-end/year-end closing, ensure compliance with internal controls and contribute to cross-functional projects

- Degree in Economics or Finance; CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CIMA certifications are a strong plus
- At least 5 years of experience in FP&A or a related area (such as financial controlling), with solid expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Fluent in English; at least B2 level in German
- Strong communication and intercultural skills, confidence, proactiveness, and a collaborative mindset
- Highly organized, able to manage priorities and perform effectively under pressure with a structured and results-driven approach
- Proficient in KPI analysis, business case development, management reporting; knowledge of IFRS, SAP, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proven ability to work across departments and contribute to cross-functional and international projects
- Awareness of digitalization trends, modern communication tools, and basic principles of e-health and data security
