Job description

Tasks

• Monitoring and implementing applicable legal regulations and corporate requirements set by LH Group
• Regularly reviewing financial processes to ensure compliance with current standards and updating procedures
• Taking part in designing and improving financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• Driving or taking an active part in projects leading to implementing new / improve / optimize processes
• Preparing and developing financial reports
• Acting as a backup for the Entity Accountant
• Checking or obtaining necessary authorizations to process cost debits, payment transactions, etc.
• Creating and preparing monthly / quarterly financial reports and annual financial statements in compliance with Polish and international accounting standards
• Proposing and implementing measures to improve quality
• Conducting necessary financial activities
• Participating in audits and providing the required documentation
• Collaborating with financial system providers, tax advisors, and other external and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in economic disciplines, strong preference on Accounting profile
• Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in accounting (Accountant job experience), including experience in polish accounting
• Very good English (written and spoken; min B2 level)
• Very good command of MS Office including very good skills in Excel and MS Power Point
• Very good command of all Windows applications knowledge about end to end process
• Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Numeric skills

• Ability to work under time pressure
