• Account & Project accounting, including regular budget consolidation, forecast, estimation, etc.;
• Be familiar with AR and Factoring process, responsible for sales financing related job to ensure collection in timely;
• Prepare Account & project budget and rolling forecast;
• Analyze, forecast, and drive financial performance;
• Review clauses and terms of the contract and help to negotiate with customers to minimize financial and tax risk of the project, lead to cash solution;
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances;
• Ensure quality control over the financial transactions and financial reporting;
• Support month-end and year-end close process.

Requirements:

• Finance related work experience, preferably in project controlling, cost reduction, budget& forecast and financial management;
• Advanced data analysis and problem resolutions abilities;
• Advanced Office tools, reporting and presentation skills;
• Strong coordination skills required for internal business department, customer and bank communications.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or economy, preferably qualified accountant in accounting and financial management area;
• Proficient in English and Chinese Mandarin.
