What you’ll be doing

• Servicing top-tier fire & security systems (Gent, Notifier, Galaxy, Hikvision, and more).
• Tackling reactive calls and planned maintenance across your patch—no two days the same.
• Building trust with clients through razor-sharp troubleshooting and clear communication.
• Stock control, team collaboration, and owning your development—because growth here isn’t just a buzzword.

What we’re looking for

• Electrical/electronic background—you know your way around a toolkit.
• Hands-on experience with fire/security systems—bonus if you’ve worked with our key brands.
• Customer-facing confidence—you keep cool under pressure and leave clients smiling.
• Organised, professional, and hungry to learn—because complacency kills careers.
