What you will learn as an intern:

• Analysis of Production Processes; Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks.
• Propose Process Optimization; Based on the analysis, propose ways to improve production efficiency, such as reducing lead times, reducing waste, or improving quality control.
• Implementation Support; Training employees in new procedures or tools being introduced.
• Monitoring Improvements; Measuring the effectiveness of implemented changes by tracking production data and comparing results with previously collected data.
