D uties and responsibilities related to the Fitness and Pool Attendant role

· Design and lead individual and group exercise programs tailored to different fitness levels and objectives, ensuring they are safe, effective, and engaging.

· Provide exceptional levels of service by engaging with guests, addressing their fitness-related questions, and offering professional advice and motivation to enhance their overall wellness experience.

· Teach clients proper exercise techniques and use of fitness equipment, offering modifications as needed to accommodate different skill levels and physical limitations.

· Uphold rigorous health and safety standards by ensuring that all fitness activities and equipment use comply with relevant regulations.

· Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules, as well as inspecting and maintaining pool equipment and facilities.

About you

Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills. Possess knowledge of various fitness techniques, wellness trends, and health and safety regulations. First aid and pool safety certification is desirable.
