Learn more about Weekday .Job DescriptionAs a Floor Manager at Weekday/Monki, you are a role model for our brand by living our values.Your assignment is to lead, inspire and develop store/department team to optimize selling, provide excellent customerservice and ensure a great shopping experience.Key responsibilities:Perform daily selling follow ups and initiate actions accordingly to maximize selling.Take responsibility of planning your and your department´s workdayWork efficient and set the right prioritizes.Apply, drive and manage administrative and security procedures.Participate and contribute to recruitment, training, and development of employees.QualificationsWithin Weekday/Monki, leadership is about inspiration, delegation, feedback, and motivation. You live and work through our values, driven by the ambition to make our people and business grow.What you need to succeed:Preferable leadership experience SalesmanshipNatural drive to seek for opportunities to drive selling in a profitable way.Structured and organizing mindset.Ownership Drive and initiativeFluent/skilled in English, both written and spoken.Additional InformationThis is a fulltime position on 35 hours per week, starting in May 2024.
