A Food and Drink Waiter/Waitress would also be required to take and deliver customer orders and work to achieve departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Welcome guests in a polite and friendly mannerTake and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer servicePrepare set ups for tables and/or roomsAble to also work in all areas of Food & Drink including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Conference & EventsFollow cash handling proceduresManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerUp-sell with latest departmental incentivesEnsure compliance of brand standardsStrive to achieve departmental targetsEnsure cleanliness of work areasComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationComply with local licensing lawsBe environmentally awareAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsWho are we looking for?A Food and Drink Waiter/Waitress serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
