Bring your excellent customer service skills, strong communication and teamwork to work and thrive within our innovative food outlets whilst enhancing the student experience.

You will be responsible for supervising and supporting the provision of our food and beverage service in one of our Book & Bean cafes ensuring customer expectations are met.

The role includes carrying out general kitchen and front-of-house duties, such as preparing basic food items and orders, stock ordering, operating barista coffee machines as well as operating till registers in line with departmental policy.

The ability and aptitude to work in a busy customer facing role is essential, as is the ability to communicate well with customers to provide a high-quality service.  Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
