The role will report to the Emerging Risks And Risk Assessment Associate Director and will be based in Parma.Job purposeThe role is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines related to allergens within the organization. This includes developing and implementing governance frameworks for allergen management and toxicology, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the safety of food products through effective monitoring and control measures. The individual ensures that the organization adheres to regulatory standards, provides guidance on allergen and toxicological safety, and drives continuous improvement in product safety across all functions. Additionally, the role involves managing internal audits, delivering training, and overseeing incident management to safeguard consumer health and maintain the company’s commitment to food safety.Key Accountabilities
