If you’re up for this task, we’re the right place.TasksYou’ll join as employee #2 and will have massive ownership across our entire product. You’ll turn ideas into new platform features, interactive email widgets and third-party integrations. You’ll own projects end-to end: prototyping, testing, shipping, and optimizing the code that helps customers increase conversions from emails.We don’t require specific degrees or years of experience. However, you need to be able to prove clear indicators of excellence that demonstrates exceptional skill and drive.Our tech stack

• Frontend: Next.js & React
• Backend: PHP & Symfony (incl. Twig templates)
• Huge plus if you’re great at coding emails (HTML/CSS/AMP), familiar with mail client quirks, or you’ve built apps for Shopify or Klaviyo before.

RequirementsYou are a great fit if you

• you’re proficient in Next.js, React & PHP – this is a fullstack role.
• strive for high ownership and push for learnings.
• have a bias for action and don’t wait to be involved or saved.
• can implement changes end-to-end.
• actively use tools and AI (e.g. Cursor, Lovable) to enhance productivity while keeping committed code concise, clear, and maintainable.

Bonus Points for

• active contributions to open-source projects
• deployed side/hobby projects that we can check out
• experience in starting a company or working in very early-stage companies

Key Data

• Compensation: 65.000€ – 90.000€ plus 0,5% – 0,75% equity
