DEME, a global leader in marine and environmental engineering, is looking for a motivated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our SG&A Controlling team.In the SG&A controlling team, we transform financial data into actionable insights. We aim to optimize costs without compromising effectiveness and accelerate decision-making through streamlined processes and digitalization.We care about resource efficiency, dare to innovate through digital tools and data, and deliver transparency and support to our stakeholders.Your responsibilitiesPartner with budget holders to support the annual budgeting process and consolidate for management review.Monitor SG&A budgets by comparing actuals with targets, identifying trends, and suggesting corrective actions where needed.Deliver data-driven insights and financial analysis to your stakeholders to support effective decision making.Foster cross-departmental collaboration by ensuring clear, factual and impactful communication with senior management and stakeholders.Provide ad hoc support and insights on procedural concepts, financial follow-up, and cross-financial applications.Ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations. Contribute to the implementation of automation tools, including AI-powered forecasting, and support the related change management process. Drive cost transparency and efficiency through benchmarking, scenario planning, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysisYour profileMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management, IT or Engineering.3+ years of experience in finance, audit, controlling or as a business analyst.You are able to express yourself fluently in English.
