You will work closely with the local management as well as cross-functional teams and the EMEA (controllership) Finance department to provide insights that drive the business decisions. This role will report directly to the Senior FP&A Manager FR-BNL.Key ResponsibilitiesBudget and ForecastAssist in the preparation of the weekly financial forecasts and the annual budget processAdvising and supporting internal budget ownersInput and support budget data into ERP systemReporting and AnalysisSupport month, quarter and year end closing processesAssist with management reportingConduct variance analysis of the results versus budget and forecast.Regularly consult with key stakeholders and other managers to support and advise them on the financial status of their departmentBusiness Partnering & Decision SupportSupport ad-hoc financial analysis/reporting for strategic decision-makingIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performanceWork with cross-functional teams to provide financial insightsIdentify areas of efficiency improvementsWe Are Looking For

• Master’s degree or at least 1-2 years’ experience in a financial job (external auditing/ BI Reporting)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (NL – FR – EN)
• Good Financial Planning and Analysis Understanding
• Knowledge in MS office Excel/SAP/Tableau or OneStream is preferred but not essential.
• Enthusiastic quick thinker / problem solver
• Someone willing to travel to Zwijndrecht (NL)
