What You Will Do :

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating Controlling activities on France and performing Controlling activities on selected business categories
• Acting as the financial business partner for the other Functions
• Acting as sparring partner for the Regional Controllers, given the relevance of France
• Taking the lead in specific projects, challenging the status quo and recommending continuous improvement

You are the right fit for this position if: 

• You are a business partner with a solid financial experience in Controlling / Financial Analysis & Planning possibly in FMCG. Knowledge of French retailers landscape is preferred. Prior experience in Internal or External Audit is a plus.
• You champion best practices in Sales & Marketing Controlling.
• You tick the box on all Controlling fundamentals (forecasting, closing, variance analysis, working capital, basic accounting, …).
• You have a proven inclination for people development.
• You are a committed hungry doer and deal confidently with change management, with a collaborative “can-do” attitude. You are ready to be involved in various change projects, from mindset, to processes, to systems.
• You speak English and French, and are thrilled by working in an international environment.
• You fit with our Beliefs & Behaviors: Commitment, Courage, Collaboration and Care.
• Knowledge of PowerBI and SAP HANA is a plus.
