Opportunity open to freelance or temporary employed consultant.Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Project Planner who is detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative to join us as a Freelance in our Genesis team, based in our campus site of Braine l’Alleud.About the RoleAs a Project Planner Freelance for UCB, you will be responsible for the planning phase and ensuring that project plans stay on track throughout the entire Genesis project lifecycle. You will focus solely on project planning, monitoring multiple projects from beginning to end, and acting as the central point of contact for project planning, organization, and coordination activities. You will also assess the project critical path, manage planning sessions, and ensure that the project is well-organized and progressing as it should be.Who You Will Work WithYou will collaborate with a dynamic team within the Genesis Project department. Together, you will work closely with internal and external partners, project teams, and management to ensure effective and timely output. You will also interact with stakeholders to address project workload and assess the required staff/resources needed.What You Will Do

• You create detailed outlines of tasks and key milestones.

• You estimate project timelines and keep schedules on track.

• You monitor progress to ensure adherence to schedule and objectives.

• You create and maintain a planning and milestones dashboard.

• You execute quantity surveys to control task execution.

• You prepare and organize governance planning sessions.

• You resolve challenges during the planning process.

• You communicate regularly with management and core teams.

Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning/coordination in the Pharma Industry.

• 5-10 years of experience working in a Capex project environment.

• Excellent time-management, planning, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Planning software (Primavera, MS Project is a MUST).

• Fluent in French and English.
