Corporate Paralegal – Brussels (Hybrid)
Start: ASAP | Contract until 30/09 (extension possible)

A global organization is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to temporarily support its in-house legal team until an internal successor is appointed. You’ll work closely with legal and business teams across multiple regions, focusing on corporate governance, legal compliance, and administrative support.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare materials for board/shareholder meetings and assist with corporate actions (dividends, buybacks, etc.)

Draft resolutions, powers of attorney, and maintain statutory books and legal databases
*

Support legal aspects of restructurings, M&A, and finance projects
*

Coordinate legal filings, registrations, and interactions with authorities
*

Draft and review confidentiality and commercial agreements

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of paralegal/legal support experience in corporate law

Fluent in English and Dutch or French (fluency in both is a plus)
*

Bachelor’s degree in legal or paralegal studies
*

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently

Details:

Location: Brussels HQ (min. 2 days/week onsite; more during onboarding)

Availability in July and August is required
