We are looking for a freelance HR Business Partner to take full ownership of HR operations and strategy for the Belgian entity of an international group. This hands-on role combines payroll coordination, labor relations, and generalist HR support in a standalone position, reporting directly to Group HR in France.As the sole HR responsible in Belgium, you will oversee the full HR scope:

• Operational HR support: First point of contact for employees and managers across all HR topics
• Payroll coordination: Prepare and manage payroll input via Partena (social secretariat)
• Comp & Ben, insurance, and fleet: Oversee all employee benefits and a small technical fleet
• Labor relations: Advise on Belgian employment law, HSE matters, and collective labor agreements
• HR administration: Manage contracts, onboarding/offboarding, personnel records
• International alignment: Liaise with Group HR in France to ensure consistency with global HR processes

This is a broad generalist role with impact across HR operations and strategy.You’ll work in a highly relevant sector at the intersection of technoloy.We’re looking for a hands-on and trusted HR generalist with strong local knowledge:

• Proven experience as HRBP or HR Manager in Belgium
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and experience with collective labor agreements (CLAs)
• Skilled in preparing payroll and working with a social secretariat
• Comfortable working in a matrix structure with international reporting lines
• Languages: Fluent Dutch and French (mandatory), English is a plus
