This will be an initial 3 month contract with a possibility of extension & a Hybrid working model of 50% on site.Role
– Assist in the managing of 6 sales coaches in improving operational performance.
– Training Plan development for Retail & Banking
– Introducing governance within the Training Plans
– Create structure within the Training.Profile
– Senior Project / People Manager with over 6+ years’ experience
– Have managed teams of upto 6 people in improving processes
– Experience in developing training plans
