Role Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement critical safety programs, including emergency preparedness and ergonomics to ensure the well-being of employees, aligning with the organisation’s mission of sustainability.
* Conduct risk assessments and safety audits, leading incident investigations to foster a safer workplace environment.
* Engage with employees and contractors, promoting safety training programs and a proactive approach to maintaining a positive safety culture.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree offering you the foundation to excel as a Prevention Advisor, contributing to advancements in safety management.
* At least 7 years of experience with a focus on safety management within administrative or industrial sites.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, facilitating effective collaboration and execution of safety projects.
