Sales Development Representative (SDR) – West Flanders (Hybrid)
Are you energized by connecting with customers and turning digital interest into meaningful business conversations? As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first human touchpoint after prospects engage through digital channels such as social media, online campaigns, and website interactions. Your role is essential in creating qualified opportunities, accelerating pipeline growth, and positioning our client as a premium technology solution provider.
Your Responsibilities
Convert inbound leads into high-quality sales opportunities by identifying needs, enriching profiles, and initiating strategic conversations.

Follow up on assigned leads and ensure smooth handover to sales teams through consistent communication, tracking, and coordination.

Engage directly with customers in ongoing trial programs (try & buy), gather feedback, and support the transition toward a potential deal.

Collaborate closely with internal teams-marketing, field sales, and global SDR colleagues-to align outreach, share best practices, and support campaigns.
*
Build relationships externally with potential clients, influencers, decision makers, and channel partners to strengthen long-term engagement.

Develop strong product & solutions knowledge across the full portfolio to confidently guide customer conversations.

Work within a KPI-driven framework, focusing on metrics such as first response time, MQL-to-opportunity conversion, and overall pipeline contribution.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
*
0-2 years in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (technical B2B is a plus).
*
Strong interest in technology and the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
*
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
*
Proactive, autonomous, accurate, and structured-comfortable working with KPIs.
*
A true customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and team spirit.
*
Fluent French + basic English; any additional language is an advantage.
Additional Information
Based in West Flanders – 1-2 days per week in the office required.
*
Suitable for candidates from Northern France or the Ghent region.
*
Focus is on inbound engagement only (no cold calling).
*
Short-term contract with possible extension.
