Exciting freelance role for multilingual professionals passionate about mental health and smooth digital experiences!

We’re looking for Onboarding Specialists to help therapists join a leading online therapy platform. You’ll guide professionals through application reviews, video interviews, and profile activations, ensuring top-quality therapists can connect with people seeking help.

Key requirements:
x2705; Fluent in English and Spanish. You also need to speak a third language: German, Italian, Dutch or French
x2705; Previous customer-facing experience
x2705; Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
x2705; Strong time management and tech-savvy mindset
x2705; Able to work remotely from anywhere in Europe

Contract details:

Freelance / Contractor role

20-30 hrs/week
*

Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension

Flexible schedules (afternoons EU time preferred)

Your daily tasks:

Review therapist applications and credentials

Conduct video interviews
*

Assist therapists in registering and creating profiles on the platform
*

Handle occasional translation or proofreading tasks
*

Communicate professionally via email, phone, and chat
