• Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement client-focused strategies.
• Oversee service delivery to ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports and insights to clients.
• Support and mentor the customer service team to achieve their targets.

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) and a good level of English.
• Proven experience in client service management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
