• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 12:00 pm & 12:30 pm – 4:00 pm
• Friday: 7:30 am – 12:45 pm

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding manufacturing company located in the vibrant coastal town of Bournemouth. Our client is in search of a French-speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their energetic team. With a growing customer base, they aim to appoint a dedicated individual to the customer service department, assisting with the daily influx of orders and inquiries.As a Customer Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include various administrative duties such as order processing, addressing queries, and offering assistance to French-speaking customers. Additionally, you will handle export paperwork, manage new inquiries and sales leads, and handle invoicing and credit notes.We seek an individual fluent in French with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. While experience in manufacturing is preferred, it is not essential. However, a solid background in customer service and administration is vital.You will serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers. Hence, the ability to efficiently manage multiple inquiries with a positive demeanor is essential.
