  • Customer support on phone, email and chat platforms (answering general and specific questions of clients)
  • Professional handling of client claims and requests.
  • Computer assisted administration of client claims and requests.
  • Escalating more complicated issues for further processing

  • 40 hours per week working schedule within opening hours
  • Strong French (C1) and English (B2) language knowledge
  • Great communication skills
  • Client focused attitude
  • Reliable and confident personality

Languages:
The tasks and responsibilities described here in shall be provided in French – C1, English – B2
Can understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts and recognize implicit meaning. Can express him/herself fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions. Can use language flexibly and effectively for social academic and professional purposes.
