This is a place to make a difference in the worldThe Role & What You Will Be DoingEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the French Speaking OTC Operational Expert role will make an impact:

• Perform customer bank bookings, invoicing, reconciliations
• Manage collection activities: contacting customers, dunning, dispute resolution
• Support credit limit assessments, insurance management, and blocked order handling
• Participate in month-end closings, reporting, and audits
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Master Data, Procurement, GL)
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, KPIs, and internal controls

About Your Skills & ExperienceFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably with SAP knowledge
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and one additional foreign language
• Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage
• French – professional working proficiency
