Our Bordeaux office, which primarily focuses on supporting large clients in the French life sciences industry, is looking for native French speakers for trainee recruitment consultant roles.No experience in recruitment is necessary as our training and development programme will help you learn all the necessary skills while our AI-backed bespoke technology will assist you to improve those skills, and offer an exceptional level of service to your clients and candidates.What You’ll Do:
As a Recruitment Consultant in our Bordeaux office, you will be responsible for:

• Business Development & Candidate Engagement: Focus on contacting clients and candidates in the life sciences sector across France. This role involves significant phone work to develop new business and manage vacancies.
• Market Focus: Build and maintain a network of candidates and clients, managing multiple roles and opportunities.
• Managing the Full Recruitment Process: Once trained, oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to guiding them through interviews and securing
