Front of House Supervisor (Thomas Franks)

Front of House Manager 40 hours per week, overtime available. £25,000

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a conscientious, hard-working Front of House Supervisor to work alongside a busy catering team at a prestigious College in Cambridge for Thomas Franks.

Within this role we are looking for someone to oversee the delivery of the food service at St Edmunds College to ensure we deliver the highest standards for our unique client.

Main responsibilities of the role include ensuring the highest standard of service delivery and customer service is delivered at all times and that the customer journey upholds Thomas Franks high standards. The role involves working closely with the Front of House Manager and Head Chef to assist with the successful day to day running of the dining areas and acting as the initial point of contact for all customers. Responsible for running twice weekly formal dinners for 110 people, alongside a busy cafeteria and events schedule.

We are looking for a friendly, customer focused team player, who will interact well with our customers and be a great addition to our team.
