Location: Nottingham
Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday or Tuesday – Saturday)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Start Date: ASAPAbout the Role – Full-Time Business LecturerWe are looking for a Full-Time Business Lecturer to join our Higher Education team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of lecturing experience in the UK and a strong academic background. You will deliver high-quality teaching, support students, and contribute to curriculum development in a dynamic and inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities – Full-Time Business Lecturer

• Deliver engaging lectures and seminars in Business Management.
• Develop and update course materials to ensure industry relevance.
• Provide student support, mentoring, and guidance.
• Contribute to curriculum design and assessment strategies.
• Participate in quality assurance and enhancement processes.

Requirements

• A degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• A Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) or PG Cert in Higher Education.
• A minimum of two years of lecturing experience in the UK Higher Education sector.
• Strong communication and teaching skills

Person Specification – Full-Time Business LecturerEssential Qualifications & Experience:

• A degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• A Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) or PG Cert in Higher Education.
• A minimum of two years of lecturing experience in the UK Higher Education sector.
• Experience in developing and delivering innovative teaching and learning strategies.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary business practices and emerging industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

• A Master’s or PhD in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in supervising dissertations and research projects.
• Industry experience in business or management-related fields.
• Proficiency in using digital learning tools and technology-enhanced teaching methods.
