Job description

BrookLodge & Macreddin Village is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Breakfast Service Crew Members to provide exceptional morning dining experiences for our guests. As an essential part of our team, you will ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere, delivering efficient and friendly service during breakfast hours.Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and serve guests, ensuring a positive start to their day.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on breakfast menu items, including specials and dietary options.
• Accurately take and process orders, ensuring prompt and attentive service.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and timely food delivery.
• Handle payments accurately, including cash and card transactions.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient breakfast service experience.
• flexible to work in other areas of food and beverage if needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
