To lead the charge, we’re launching a brand-new Original Content Team — and are looking for a visionary Games Production Manager – Casino to take the helm.You will join the Casino team, a group of passionate experts dedicated to crafting the most entertaining and innovative gaming experience in the industry. This newly created role is central to our ambition: making Betclic a true pioneer in original casino content.Your mission? Curate and deliver our original games roadmap – from licensing IPs and partnering with top-tier studios, to creating crossover hits and market-specific blockbusters. Think of yourself as the Netflix content exec… but for casino.Reporting directly to the Head of Casino, you’ll work hand-in-hand with internal teams and external partners to shape, produce, and launch a new generation of games that our players will love.YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLICIn this role, your main missions will be:

• Shape the Vision: define and own Betclic’s original casino content strategy across all markets.
• Drive Production: launch bespoke games in collaboration with external studios and internal game-building tools, from initial brief to live product.
• Spot Opportunities: identify market-specific gaps, player trends, and cultural moments that could inspire the next hit game.
• Lead Licensing: source, negotiate, and secure licensing deals with media, entertainment, and lifestyle brands to create exclusive titles.
• Build Partnerships: work hand-in-hand with best-in-class game studios and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery.
• Make It Matter: align content releases with marketing campaigns and product strategies to maximize visibility and impact.
• Player Focused: deeply understand player motivations, preferences, and segmentation – and adapt content accordingly.
• Innovate & Inspire: stay ahead of casino and wider entertainment trends to help Betclic remain a pioneer in original content.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!This job is for you if:

• You have a degree from a top university or game design / creative media school.
• You have successful professional experience in game production or design – ideally in real-money gaming, slot studios, or mobile/video games.
• You possess strong strategic thinking, a creative mindset, and you thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• You have experience with IP management, branded content, or licensing deals in gaming, entertainment, or similar fields.
• You are a team player and coordinator, comfortable working across Product, Marketing, Compliance, and external partners.
• You are data-informed and know how to measure performance to drive continuous improvement.
• You speak English fluently.
• Bonus points if you know the European online casino landscape (France, Portugal…) or have used CMS/game-building platforms

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?If your application is shortlisted, Benoit will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).Next, you will meet Geoffroy, your future manager, followed by a Use Case to present to Geoffroy and Julie.
