So let’s win together.Job DescriptionThe Gaming Analyst will perform a key role supporting stakeholders from all areas of the business by providing insights that contribute to the ongoing commercial success of the business, as well as working with the Reporting Analysts on the key reporting capability of the wider Insight & Analytics team.

• Provide analytical support and insight to enable high profile and impactful decision making for the Gaming function and the wider business, allowing key stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
• Provide analysis not data. Understand the data, draw out actionable findings, and deliver them clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders.
• Work with the Senior Gaming Analyst and Head of Gaming Analytics to identify and implement consistent analytical metrics around complex business issues and processes.
• Drive analytical projects though to delivery and embed them within the organization.
• Proactively monitor key metrics, identifying unusual performance and highlighting to the business potential areas of both risk and opportunity.
• Work closely with the Gaming function to ensure alignment.
• Build relationships with business leaders across the team, promoting the Gaming Analytics team’s capabilities and ensuring we remain front of mind for colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with all analysts within the wider team.
• Represent the Gaming Analytics team in cross-functional meetings / project teams when necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with expert knowledge of SQL and database structure.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) and advanced Excel.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to gather and complete stakeholder requirements.
• Solid mathematical background.
• (Desired) Understanding of gambling logic, familiarity with company products, and knowledge of programming languages (Python/R).
