If you want to make a difference by using the latest analytics techniques and building innovative Generative AI-powered conversational solutions, this role is for you.Assisted Channels – Chatbot Builder in Customer Interactions Area Come and join the Assisted Channels tribe as a Data Analyst working with (Generative) artificial intelligence, and be part of the exciting journey to create cutting-edge digital assistants.You will have a significant impact on user experiences and work on fun, innovative projects, such as chatbots for productivity tools or personalized customer service assistants. If you have the drive to stay ahead of the game, we want you on our team.You will work with chatbot builders and data analysts who train the (Gen) A.I. of our digital assistant solutions for both chat and call channels. The team ensures enabling processes are in place to gradually improve chatbot solutions and perform data analysis on chat and call channels. You will work in a multi-disciplinary squad and collaborate with experts across countries.Key Responsibilities:

• Create client and employee chat/call bots using cutting-edge Generative AI technology.
• Use data-driven methodologies to identify chatbot improvement areas, steer labelers to achieve high-quality datasets, and create high-performing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbots using SaaS.
• Work on fun and innovative projects such as real-time customer support bots, AI-powered assistants for productivity tools, or even virtual event facilitators.
• Set up improvement cycles based on dashboards and data-driven methodologies.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets (including unstructured textual data) in collaboration with data scientists.
• Manage databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to optimize data quality.
• Communicate recommendations and provide data/analytical support to stakeholders using both analytical and business jargon (written and oral).
• Work with the product owner to prioritize business and information needs and implement them into an analytical approach.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Statistics, or a similar field, with 2-5 years of experience in data reporting and statistics.
• Proven experience delivering Chatbot (Gen) AI solutions.
• Experience with Python or R programming languages.
• Proficiency in dashboarding tools such as Looker, Cognos, or Power BI.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Ability to influence and convince peers and stakeholders based on analytical results.
• Capability to make tactical decisions and build trusted relationships with squad members.
• Strong communication skills to explain data-driven methodologies to less analytics-savvy colleagues.
• Analytical curiosity and sharpness, constantly seeking explanations and delivering concise insights.
